Transition Webinar Series

The CED is offering a workshop series that will share information on the various types of transitions that people with disabilities experience. Each workshop will offer a morning session for people with disabilities, family members, and caregivers and an afternoon session for employers and service providers.
Registration is free, but required. Click the links below to register for the sessions that you'd like to attend. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Each afternoon session has been approved to provide 1 CEU for Social Work and Licensed Professional Counseling.
