WVU Center for Excellence in Disabilities Inclusive Language virtual session

The Center for Excellence in Disabilities is hosting an Inclusive Language virtual session on January 31 at 2:00 p.m. on Zoom.

This session will present the concept of inclusive language. Explicit skills and concepts, such as Person First Language and Identity First Language, will be introduced to navigating being more inclusive. This session will also discuss the importance and impact of language on our thoughts and behaviors.
