- Describe common causes of age-related vision loss and their impact on daily activities.
- Describe assistive technologies and simple interventions for older adults with vision loss.
- Discuss how to interact respectfully with someone who is blind or has vision loss.
- Identify how to locate and utilize vision rehabilitation services and other useful resources.
- Describe both psychological and systemic barriers that limit engagement in vision rehabilitation services for older adults.
