The West Virginia University Center for Excellence in Disabilities (WVU CED) extends its sincere gratitude to Governor Patrick Morrisey and his administration for increasing Medicaid Waiver rates from $95 to $115 per hour.
This increase represents a vital investment in West Virginians with disabilities, their families, and the dedicated professionals who provide essential supports and services. By strengthening the Medicaid Waiver system, the Governor’s leadership helps ensure that individuals with disabilities can live, work, and thrive in their own communities with greater independence and stability.
The WVU CED is deeply thankful for this commitment to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities across our state and for recognizing the importance of sustaining our workforce.
