The West Virginia Developmental Disabilities Council seeks input for 5 year state plan

People with intellectual/developmental disabilities, family members, care providers and advocates are encouraged to take the survey.

The West Virginia Developmental Disabilities Council (WVDDC) is looking for input from West Virginians with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, their families and caregivers, and advocates. This info will be used to help shape their 5 year state plan.
