We thrive on collaborative models of practice to support best outcomes for children and their families. If you are serving a child that could benefit from a comprehensive developmental occupational therapy evaluation, you can refer them directly by clicking the "Get Services from the CED" button or calling the CED at 304-293-4692 and speaking with the clinic coordinator.
Once a referral has been submitted and reviewed, the clinic coordinator will be in contact with the family to discuss preliminary questions and set an evaluation date and time.
The family will also be responsible for sharing the end of clinic summary, as appropriate.
