Taking Charge of Your Health and Safety is a program designed to develop and provide health education materials specifically for seniors in West Virginia. Working together, seniors can "Take Charge" of their health and safety and continue to live full and independent lives.
'Taking Charge' provides health promotion materials on arthritis, heart health, diabetes, being active, eating smart and fall prevention
