To refer your patient to our Communication Access and Assistive Technology (CAAT) Clinic, please click the "Get Services from the CED" button below, call the CED at 304-293-4692 or email cedclinics@hsc.wvu.edu.
After we have received the referral, we will reach out to the family to send their intake forms and schedule their appointment. If you have any further questions, please email cedclinics@hsc.wvu.edu or call 304-293-4692.
For one-on-one consultations related to a client or to request an individual/group training with the CAAT clinic director, please email clinic director Tori Gilbert at tori.gilbert@hsc.wvu.edu.
