Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are trained in information and referral services, ready to help you understand and connect with programs and supports within the CED and across West Virginia.

We play a vital role in bringing people and services together by supporting parents, educators, and the community in finding the right materials and resources related to disability.

How it works

  • All resources are free to borrow for up to 30 days
  • Request items online anytime from anywhere in the state
