It may be challenging to find ways to be physically active in a way you feel most comfortable. This section provides videos, programs and other tools that have been tested and proven to work and can be done from your own home.

  • This is a free, personalized, web-based physical activity and nutrition program for people with mobility limitations, chronic health conditions and physical disabilities.

  • The video series includes full length yoga practices for the following disability types: Triplegia, Muscular Dystrophy, Hypotonia, Diplegia and Ataxia.

  • Provides at home PA activities to improve low muscle tone in children with autism

  • The CPF Challenge is an app that lets you access 7 minute video based workouts designed for people with a diverse range of motor abilities. The app is part of the dedicated fundraiser for the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.

  • This curriculum promotes modest weight loss (5%-7% of current weight if overweight or obese) and increased physical activity through a 12-month lifestyle change program. The curriculum also reflects new literature on self-efficacy, physical activity, and diet.
