The CPF Challenge is an app that lets you access 7 minute video based workouts designed for people with a diverse range of motor abilities. The app is part of the dedicated fundraiser for the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.

This curriculum promotes modest weight loss (5%-7% of current weight if overweight or obese) and increased physical activity through a 12-month lifestyle change program. The curriculum also reflects new literature on self-efficacy, physical activity, and diet.
